Investing in Healthcare Leaders

The Health Care Leaders Association of British Columbia is a member association of BC healthcare leaders and those serving the healthcare industry in the province. HCLABC is well-known for its annual leadership conference in October which draws hundreds of participants from all parts of the province and across the country.

HCLABC members are also members of our partner organization, the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL). It is a conjoint membership in every sense of the word, conferring upon members the full membership benefits of both organizations.

Developed under the umbrella of HCLABC, leadersforlife is an initiative that focuses on talent development, succession planning and leadership development in the health sector. leadersforlife has gained considerable momentum in the Canadian health sector because its products and services are based on the LEADS in a Caring Environment Framework, a leadership framework that has been adopted by healthcare organizations across the country.
