National Awards Program

The 2012 National Awards Program brochure and award nomination templates are now available. 

Please click here to download the brochure. The nomination templates can be found on the individual award pages below. The nomination templates contain everything you need to submit your nomination, including: the eligibility criteria, the nomination form, and the report template.

**New for 2012**

The College is piloting a new submission process for two of our awards: the Mentorship Award and the Quality of Life Award. Nominations for these two awards are to be submitted in two sections. Section A, which is a 250 word summary, is due on December 14, 2011. The summaries will then be reviewed by the selection committee and a shortlist of top contenders will be formed. Those shortlisted will be asked to complete Section B of the nomination template and submit it to the College by February 1, 2012. Full details can be found on the respective nomination templates.

The nomination deadline for all other awards is February 1st, 2012.
