DEVELOP individual leadership talent

DEVELOP is the last “official” step in the leadersforlife development journey, although development is an on-going process for an individual’s entire career. The primary focus of the develop component is to connect individuals with the work experience, life experience, professional development, and academic learning that will help them to reach the next stage in their career.

Through partnerships with health associations and other academic institutions, participants have the opportunity to earn formal credentials for health leadership.

A strategic objective of the leadersforlife initiative is to help in the creation of a “leadership passport.” Put simply, a digital record of the leadership development and learning that an individual has undergone so that it can be better represented to future employers (both inside and outside of healthcare).
