leadersforlife provides a comprehensive leadership development solution for health leaders in Canada.  The products and services we offer are designed to address the needs of three distinct clients within the health sector:

Individual Health Leaders: 

leadersforlife provides a comprehensive leadership development solution for health leaders in Canada.  We offer a unique set of products and services that are designed to address the needs of each individual, regardless of the leadership role and responsibility they have in the health system.  Individuals come to Leaders for Life either through an organizational affiliation, or as autonomous individuals.

1. Organizational affiliation. Everyone who participates in the leadersforlife process as part of their employment with a health organization is given a unique individual ID which provides access to the leadership development products and services defined by your organization's contract with leadersforlife.  Through this process, you become a member of the broader leadersforlife Leadership Learning Community. 
2. No organizational affiliation. Individuals who are not sponsored by a health organization but who wish to develop their leadership capabilities are also eligible to purchase an individual leadersforlife membership and to take advantage of the same products and services available to other members.
