The LEADS Diagnostic Review is a survey-based process to identify the extent to which an organization has the capacity to deliver leadership development processes in accordance with contemporary best-practices. The cost and scale of the diagnostic varies depending on the size of the organization, number of locations involved, the number of interviews and surveys, and the extent of the process. If you are interested in assessing your organizations capacity for leadership development, please contact our office.
HCLABC and leadersforlife, in combination with CCHL, CHLNet and a growing network of consultants and contractors, have created a range of workshops and educational courses related to the LEADS Framework. For more detailed info, please contact our office.
