As part of their personal development and leadership development plan, many individuals have requested further assessment tools to obtain a better picture of their learning styles, areas for growth and readiness for learning. HCLABC has recommended the following assessments as additional tools to complement the LEADS 360 Feedback Assessment:
VARK is a questionnaire that provides users with a profile of their learning preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information.
The SDLRS is a self-report questionnaire with Likert-type items developed by Dr. Lucy M. Guglielmino in 1977. It is designed to measure the complex of attitudes, skills, and characteristics that comprise an individual's current level of readiness to manage his or her own learning.
Cognitive and personality tests that result in a LEADS Preliminary Leadership Assessment report, plus a 45-minute verbal debrief with a psychologist.
The comprehensive assessment includes an analytical reasoning test, an innovative thinking test, a large-scale personality inventory and leadership simulations. The assessment results in a LEADS Comprehensive Leadership Assessment report, plus a 90-minute verbal debrief with a psychologist.
