HCLABC and the leadersforlife initiative is pleased to offer an ongoing licence for organizations to access the behavioural descriptors used to develop the LEADS 360 Feedback Assessment. These behaviours are expressed in four levels of leadership responsibility:

1. entry or front line leaders
2. mid-level leaders
3. senior leaders (often regarded as directors)
4. executive leaders

These are available for a one-time fee for a single organization. Additional fees will apply for multiple sites. We recognize that organizations may wish to amend the Sentinel Behaviours for internal purposes, and they are free to do so. The CHLNet 10% member discount is applicable to the purchase of the 360 Sentinel Behaviour licenses.
