At this point in time, the leadersforlife initiative is housed and coordinated through HCLABC. HCLABC is the sole provider of the LEADS 360 Feedback Assessment, the LEADS booklets and the Sentinel Behaviours of the LEADS in a Caring Environment Framework. Other LEADS products and services are available and delivered through a partnership with the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL), CHLNet and a growing network of consultants and contractors across the country.

leadersforlife services are best represented by the term DIAD, which stands for the process we use to develop high performing leaders in an organization (see leadersforlife strategy). CHLNet members receive a 10% discount on all  leadersforlife products & services.
