Purpose

The purpose of HCLABC is to assist its members in developing and increasing their knowledge and education of health leadership, and to provide professional networking opportunities in the health sector. The conjoint membership opportunity with CCHL has not only provided members with a number of leadership development opportunities, but also a range of services that they are eligible for.

HCLABC hosts an annual health leadership conference for healthcare leaders in British Columbia. Attended regularly by over 350 participants, the conference acts as an annual checkpoint for HCLABC members to collaborate and discuss issues that are relevant and pressing in their organizations. The association also holds its AGM during the conference.
